In addition to two new buildings on our premises – a new test hall for battery testing and environmental simulation, as well as measurements of electrical safety and a five-storied office building – we will also modernize our consisting test halls. At the end of March, we have started with the construction work of a new test chamber with most advanced technologies for the fields of radio testing and EMC. We expect the completion by the end of April and we have invested an amount of 600 thousand Euros.
The new 3 m hall (FAR – fully anechoic room) for measurements of emitted interference and interference immunity for radio devices in the frequency range from 30 MHz to 18 GHz complies to the normative requirements according to CISPR 16-1-4 (FSNSA ±4 dB and SVSWR ± 6 dB), as well as to the field homogeneity according to EN 61000-4-3. This hall is equipped with a 2 m rotary plate for test items up to 1.000 kg. The new measurement technology can generate field strengths up to 30 V/m.
With this extension of our test hall resources in the field of radio communications & EMC, we now provide:
- 3 halls for irradiation immunity measurements, e, g, according to EN 61000-4-3
- 2 halls for EMC radiated emissions measurements, e.g. according to EN 55032
- 3 halls for radio radiated spurious emissions measurements, e.g. according to ETSI 300 328
- 1 hall for EMC automotive measurements, e.g. according to EN 55025
In the course of the conversion we extend our testing resources for radiated EMC- and radio measurements to 7 test chambers (fully and semi-anechoic chambers) with measuring distances up to 10m for the most diverse industry and application.
